What is the full ordering process?

What if I do not receive an email from LoadUp with assembly & set-up date?
Please contact us Help@EZGrubTub.com if you do not receive an email from LoadUp within 24 hours of starting your subscription. Appointments are scheduled 10 days out to ensure delivery of all items for assembly.
How much does EZGrubTub cost?
The standard subscription is $50 a month plus applicable taxes with a 24 month agreement and EZGrubTub Mini is $25 a month plus applicable taxes with a 24 month agreement. A Delivery and/or Installation fee is charged along with the first month of service.
How much does EZGrubBench cost?
The standard subscription is $25 a month plus applicable taxes with a 24 month agreement. A Delivery and/or installation fee is charged along with the first month of service.
When does my subscription start?
Your subscription begins on the day assembly & set-up are completed or when EZGrubTub Mini arrives at your service address.
How do I adjust the Temperature of the refrigerator/freezer?
There is a temperature control knob on the front lower right side of the refrigeration unit indicating cooling or freezing. As you turn the knob to the right, the unit will get colder. Temperature ranges from 50 degrees to negative 11 degrees.
How long does it take from the time I order to when my EZGrubTub or EZGrubBench will be set-up and ready to use?
Assembly & set-up are scheduled 7 to 10 days out to allow time for shipping to your location.
How long does it take from the time I order to when my EZGrubTub Mini arrive?
EZGrubTub Mini does not require installation. It should arrive within 3 to 4 days from order date.
What is the process for Delivery & Set-up of EZGrubTub and EZGrubBench?
Within 5 to 7 days of placing your order, you will receive two large boxes delivered by FedEx or UPS. Please leave these boxes outside in an accessible area. On the day of your scheduled appointment, LoadUp will assemble and set up your EZGrubTub or EZGrubBench at your designated location, confirm that it is working properly, and remove all packaging and trash.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes! We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you cancel within the first 30 days after setup, we’ll pick up the unit and refund all amounts paid.
What if I want to cancel after 30 days?
If you cancel before completing the term, you’ll pay an Early Termination Fee equal to the greater of:
- $300, or
- 50% of your remaining contract balance.
This helps cover delivery, set-up, and equipment costs.
Where should EZGrubTub or EZGrubTub Mini be placed?
We recommend placement on a level, covered patio - front or back porch where it is easily accessible for deliveries and close to a power outlet. EZGrubTub is 52"L X 32"W X 38"H and EZGrubTub Mini is 30.1"L X 21.9" W X 33.5"H so please measure the location to ensure a good fit.
Where should EZGrubBench be placed?
We recommend placement on a level area in yard or any location that works best for you,
How will delivery driver know to place items inside the EZGrubTub?
You will receive a Welcome Kit with delivery driver instructions that should be placed on or around the EZGrubTub, EZGrubTub Mini or EZGrubBench. You should also sign up for Manage Deliveries with all delivery services and provide instructions on the location of your EZGrubTub or EZGrubBench as well as the code for your lock. Once you receive a txt message and are able to communicate with delivery driver, you should make sure they are aware that groceries should be placed in the EZGrubTub or EZGrubBench. You should also include the lock code.
Who owns the EZGrubTub & EZGrubBench unit?
The EZGrubTub & EZGrubBench belong to EZGrubTub company. You are leasing the unit during your subscription. If your subscription ends, the unit will be picked up by our team.
What if the unit cannot be picked up?
If we cannot retrieve the unit due to refusal, obstruction, or lack of access, you’ll be charged a $500 non-return fee in addition to any applicable termination fee.
What happens after the initial term is up?
After your initial term, your subscription will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis at the current monthly rate, unless you provide notice at help@EZGrubTub.com that you would like to own your equipment waiving future repair and/or maintenance.
Do I need to be home for Assembly & Set-up?
No, you are not required to be home for assembly & set-up. During the ordering process, you will be asked to add details of where you would like your EZGrubTub or EZGrubBench placed. When subscribing to EZGrubTub, Please ensure there is a power outlet within 5 feet of the unit or an outdoor appliance approved, surge protected extension cord available so we can test to confirm everything is working prior to leaving.
What if my EZGrubTub or EZGrubBench breaks or stops working?
No worries — all repairs or replacements are included in your subscription. Just contact us (Help@EZGrubTub.com) and we will resolve immediately.
Is the EZGrubTub safe for children?
⚠️ Important Safety Notice: Children must never play in, on, or around the EZGrubTub. The refrigeration compartment is an enclosed space and may pose a suffocation or entrapment risk. Always supervise children and keep the unit secured.
What should I do if I move?
Contact us before your move so we can discuss options for reinstalling at your new address (additional fees may apply).
How do I schedule a pickup if I cancel?
If you cancel, we’ll schedule a free pickup within 30 days. Just make sure the unit is empty, clean, and accessible.
What colors and dimensions are available?
The EZGrubTub comes in black. Dimensions: 52" L × 32" W × 38" H.
The EZGrubTub Mini comes in black. Dimensions: 30.1"L X 21.9" W X 33.5"H
The EZGrubBench comes in brown. Dimensions: 52" L x 24" W x 35" H.
How much will electricity for the refrigerated unit cost me?
The average cost of electricity is between $30 and $32 a year, less than $3 a month.
Can I monitor the exact temperature inside my EZGrubTub and get an alert if it gets too warm or too cold?
Yes! For customers who want real-time temperature monitoring, we recommend using the GoveeLife Smart Thermometer R1. This small, wireless device connects to your smartphone through the Govee Home app, letting you see the exact temperature and humidity inside your EZGrubTub at any time. You can also set custom alerts—if the temperature ever rises above or drops below your preferred range, the app will instantly send a notification so you can take action. Should adjustments be made to the dial setting (temperature control) based on extreme hot or cold weather conditions?

Normal Conditions - 60-90 degrees F Midpoint Cool
Heat Spike - >100 degrees F Increase to MAX Cool
Cold Spike - <0 degrees F Decrease to MIN Cool
